In 1989 an awesome heavy metal band was sent to prison for a grunge album they refused to record. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as rockstars of fortune. If you need rocking, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... King Awesome.

King Awesome is a 100% all action show, with over the top musicians, incredible staging and effects and songs chosen specifically to have nuthin' but a good time! The band is ideal for festivals both inside and outside, and headline many each year, along with our venue tours, and we encourage and welcome everyone to come in full costume. We always stop for photos with the band after, and have merch only available at shows.

All our shows are suitable for all ages, although we are occasionaly restricted by the venues we play with regard to age restricted entry. Please check with the venue before attending any shows.

We also love seeing your photos and videos, feel free to tag us in your social media after any public show (check with organisers regarding private events)

We are available for private hire and are willing to work with you to create not just a live show but an entertainment package to suit your event. We are work with charities for fundraising events. We are happy to work with promotors, venues, directly with clients or through an agency. We are also available for other media requirements including television and other visual mediums.
